Located in the heritage-listed 400 Pako precinct, the Woolstore Restaurant & Bar project called for a commercial joinery solutions that respected the building’s original character while supporting a modern hospitality environment.

Pavilion Joinery was engaged to supply and install custom joinery across key areas of the venue. This included a tiled communal table, feature entryway, back and top bars, vanity unit, and a series of solid tables with detailed brass trims. Brass features were carried throughout to tie in with the overall design direction.

The result is a space that feels refined yet approachable balancing thoughtful material use with functionality. This project is a great example of how our team works with designers and builders to deliver tailored joinery solutions that complement both old and new spaces.
